A message from John,

Travel first ignited my passion for photography, in the early days i enjoyed shooting landscape images. while in Hawaii photographing a volcano at night i captured the milky way and so begun my passion for nightscape images. in the years since i have challenged myself to develop my skills to be able to capture the amazing detail in the night sky. based in the Hunter valley i love the history and heritage we have in this young country and try to include these elements into my images, on a clear night you can find me chasing the milky way around this beautiful region.
